This is the CEH HJT Team Recruitment Thread. Here, you'll be able to put your name down for the group. It is asked that you fill out the below application form to the best of your ability. Incorporate as much information as you can.

After you've posted your application here, apply to join the group through the Group Memberships section of your User CP. If you're selected to join the group, you'll be notified via Private Message.

Please understand that there is a long waiting list! Just because you apply doesn't mean you'll get in! If you make threads/posts asking why you haven't been accepted, you'll be punished. Remain patient - remember, we'll contact you if you're chosen.

I really need to learn how to use HJT

  • well... English is not my first language but , I can understand English well, though I'm not that fluent in speaking in Englsih I can implement a correct grammar.

  • hmmm.... I know it's something that infiltrates and damages a computer without the owner knowing it
• In your own words, what is Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and what is it used for?
  • An application that finds and removes malware
• What experience in the security/malware/infection field do you have?
  • None
• Are you a dedicated member? Why do you want to join the HJT Team? Why should we accept you?
  • Yes, I'm a dedicated member. I want to join HJT Team so that I could learn how to use HJT and understand more about malwares and to strengthen the security of my computer.

  • 14, I'll be 15 26th May.

  • English is actually my third language, but I can write and implement correct grammar. My accent isn't that good through. (that doesn't matter on a forum ^^)
• What's your timezone?
  • Ìt has always been GMT+1, but lately it shows up as GMT +2 :/?
• In your own words, what is malware?
  • Malware stands for malicious software and is unwanted on peoples computer. It creates harm and can steal passwords and usernames and so on from your computer. Examples of malwares are remote administration tool, keylogger, trojan, worm etc.
• In your own words, what is Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and what is it used for?
  • Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is a tool used to delete malware and prevent you from getting malware. The anti-malware is pretty known and used by a lot of people overall.
• What experience in the security/malware/infection field do you have?
  • I am not very experienced, but I try my best and I am a quick learner.
• Are you a dedicated member? Why do you want to join the HJT Team? Why should we accept you?
  • I am a very dedicated member and I'd like to join the HJT team since I am intrested in to become a white hat and I want to reach that goal. That's not the only reason through. I was previously a black hat and caused harm to people, now I realize what I have done and want to make up. I think you should accept me since I'll be a dedicated member and I will always try to do my best to prevent people from getting infected and help them remove infected files.
