Hey again, would anyone be able to recommend any basic tools or perhaps OS's(with good tutorials/documentation thats understandable LOL) for pentesting.

I guess i should atleast tell you guys what im looking to pentest.

My VPS i would like to pentest my current CentOS box to see if there are any holes that i can maybe fix up, I run a website on my VPS and a unreal3.2 ircd server.

My home network, id like to test my home computers and maybe my wifi router and stuff, i have heard that you can crack WEP passwords, id like to know a little about that as well. Not for nasty reasons but to mainly help myself understand how things work.
