It's intentional for old threads; I'm not very fond of it either, especially due to the lack of active members. It's much easier to join a conversation than it is to start a fresh one.
The thing that sets this forum aside from other inactive forums is that it's still fairly new and hasn't really picked up yet, which is why I check for new posts nearly everyday; I'd prefer to see replies to old threads, rather than no posts at all. |
