What can you say about Dota and Heroes of Newerth?

I hope Dota creators updates their graphics to attracts more players. What i like about dota is that you can play lan games on it.

Definitely I like Heroes of Newerth between the two because HON has a great graphics and nice special effects.

HON has the leaver protection system which allows a host to block players with high leaver percentage.

In HON, you can also come back on game if you get accidentally disconnected.

Although HON is a good game, they should have the features which you can create Lan Game like Dota.

Honestly I don't know anything about either games.

I can't play games in Dota. When I go to join custom dota games, i get kicked almost immediately everytime. I recently downloaded the latest patch, the latest dota map, and the stable map. I tried Dota in a single player custom game just to see if the maps work and it did. Help!
