Video Card Problem!
Hello,
I have a graphics card problem for a long time. The card gets very hot when I play heavy games. My Video Card -> Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 5850 1024MB Bought six months ago! Cleaned of dust on the computer but to no avail .. Thanks for the help! |

Of course your card gets hot. What kind of games are you playing (examples please)? You're running 1GB graphics card with no cooling system at all probably with a big monitor, high resolution, and heavy graphical games. It's going to get hot because you're utilizing it so much. Honestly though, we can't really give you a definitive answer unless you give us more system specifications. I would suggest taking a look at this:

the best way to solve your problem, why not try to use a much more better cooling system/hardware. ;)

Use speed fan to check your video card temperature. 48C seems about right, although it depends what you're playing If there's nothing wrong with it then there's no need to fiddle.
