What's best software to use for website design

I want to create a website design for my future website. I have absolutely zero skills in designing. So i'm looking for a easy software to use to design my website. Currently i have photoshop, but it's to hard to use. And today i have downloaded trial version of Artisteer - it's really easy to use and you can create template for your website in 30min, but this software cost's alot :(. So if anyone knows similar software like Artisteer or any other easy to use designing program please share :)

Microsoft Frontpage is great...I used it...it works it is reely great program :)

fotoshop and coral they are the best programs i know

I think adobe dreamweaver are one of the best, i have only heard good stuff about this program :) so try it out :)

I think that you what get all website template on saucer and you don't want work.
If you use GOD search "GOOGLE" I think that you find software wish you want.
