Apple finally caves on iPhone 4 reception fault

As legal actions loom and complaints escalate, Apple head Steve Jobs has finally sucked it up and offered a solution of sorts to iPhone 4 owners enduring reception issues with the handset.

Up until September 30th, all iPhone 4 owners will qualify for a free case for their phone. Punters who have bought a bumper already (presumably Apple's) will qualify for a refund of the bumper. Jobs stated the company would see if they had a better solution by then.

Anecdotal evidence suggests iPhone 4 handsets which have a bumper or case attached don't endure poor reception - as they prevent the exterior antenna band on the phone being "bridged" by human touch.

Now see Apple? If only you'd just skipped all the drama and bad blood and done this in the beginning.

I find it funny that jobs was sending out emails saying "Your holding it wrong". Made me laugh, but truly it is about time that they actually do something.

They just put the antenna on wrong place. And who the f*ck holds phone in left hand and operate it with right one? I mean, I do both with only right hand. :D

IPhones are just nice cell phone. Good camera, good apps and lot of more. Everything what good phone must have.
