Why is every thread locked?

I tried to find a thread to post in, but almost everything is locked.

Is there a reason for this?

I've already replied to this several times, and you've asked this question more than once. I'm sticking and locking this thread, any further questions regarding this will result in deletion of the thread on first offense, warn on second. Please pay more attention....


Threads were locked to prevent people from spamming junk threads just to get money. I want quality, not quantity. So i locked the threads. Now that I'm quitting PTR I'm going to unlock all the threads, but it's going to take some time because I don't have access to the sql database at the moment.
